Ducati Multistrada: When Ducati announces something, bike lovers can’t help but get excited and this time, the spotlight is on the 2025 Ducati Multistrada V4, which is all set to arrive in India soon. The Italian brand teased the launch on its social channels, and from what’s already revealed, this adventure tourer is coming with sharper looks, smarter technology, and even more rider focused upgrades.

A Sharper Design with Fresh Colours

The 2025 Multistrada V4 isn’t a complete overhaul but rather a thoughtful refinement. The design tweaks are subtle yet effective, giving the machine a fresher and more aggressive stance. The new colour schemes flow elegantly from the fuel tank to the beak, with darker silver radiator shrouds, bold V4 decals, and contrasting black and grey finishes that enhance its muscular appeal.

Buyers can take their pick from three striking shades Ducati Red, Thrilling Black, and Arctic White each complemented by upgraded LED headlights for improved nighttime visibility.

Smarter Suspension and Rider Friendly Features

The Multistrada V4 S variant now gets Ducati’s updated Skyhook semi active suspension, which uses advanced sensors to adapt damping on the fly. A new monoshock with an auto lowering function makes a big difference in city riding dropping the seat height by up to 30mm at low speeds, making it easier for riders to maneuver in traffic, before restoring its full height at higher speeds.

For long hauls, stability and braking have also been enhanced. A raised swingarm pivot ensures more balance under hard acceleration, while a larger 280mm rear disc boosts stopping power.

Engine and Performance Updates

Under the hood, the Multistrada V4 continues to draw power from the 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine, delivering a strong 170bhp at 10,750rpm and 124Nm of torque at 9,000rpm. Ducati has tuned the exhaust for a sportier note while adding a new Wet mode, which cuts power to 115bhp and makes throttle response gentler perfect for slippery conditions.

This joins the existing modes Sport, Urban, Touring, and Enduro giving riders more flexibility than ever. To top it off, the rear cylinder deactivation now works at low speeds too, improving fuel efficiency during city commutes.

Comfort for Riders and Passengers

Adventure bikes are meant for long distance journeys, and Ducati hasn’t forgotten the pillion experience. The pannier racks and top box have been shifted further back, adding 20mm of extra legroom for the passenger. The top box mount is now made of aluminium, making it stronger and more durable for heavy touring gear.

Expected Price in India

With all these upgrades, the 2025 Ducati Multistrada V4 is expected to cost slightly more than the current version. While Ducati hasn’t revealed official prices yet, enthusiasts can expect the premium tag to reflect the added features and technology.

The 2025 update makes the Multistrada V4 an even more capable adventure tourer combining Ducati’s raw power with intelligent rider aids and improved comfort. For bikers who crave adrenaline on highways but also need practicality in cities, this could be one of the most tempting launches of the year.
